Course structure:
This program marries faith & science-based principles that have been “Foodie”-tested and proven to replace undesirable habits with healthy practices using our F.R.E.E.D.O.M framework to renew your mindset toward nutrition & fitness.
This is an 8-week LIVE group online course that will meet for approximately 2-hours each week. This will be an interactive format with lessons each week that employ a teaching & application method to ensure student understanding and success (with follow up).
