Our course is for women Foodies ready to ditch "cookie-cutter" diets & fitness programs and desire to discover how to enjoy a healthy balance between food & exercise unique to THEIR bodies, so that they can feel empowered, have longevity & the freedom to enjoy the things they love (including good food)!

Course structure:


This program marries faith & science-based principles that have been “Foodie”-tested and proven to replace undesirable habits with healthy practices using our F.R.E.E.D.O.M framework to renew your mindset toward nutrition & fitness. 


This is an 8-week LIVE group online course that will meet for approximately 2-hours each week. This will be an interactive format with lessons each week that employ a teaching & application method to ensure student understanding and success (with follow up).

  • Mental clarity/insight into habits, their roots and the effect they may be having on your success


  • Live weekly group coaching calls & accountability
